"Bad experience starting with Booking.com paid price"

New blocks of apartments. Location nearby shopping mall and supermarkets.

The amount paid online to Booking.com was more than the price promoted by that website, the difference was not returned yet and nothing was done to settle the disputed amount. Too cold overnight, quite old couch in the living room, broken electrical outlet in the bathroom, no curtain for the bath tube, other small issues.

It's not downtown but a residential complex of modern amenities and located next to a giant mall that offers so many conveniences.

There are minor flaws in the apartment, but it can be overcome.
