No breakfast. It's self catering and everything you need is there Location excellent Right in the middle of town. Five minutes walk to the seafront

Nothing really. It's a perfect little holiday apartment for one or two people

A comfortable, modest, one bedroom apartment.  Location is convenient to the train station, the Lungomare, beach, an upscale Deco grocery store nearby, and is walkable to old town. A mezzanine level property, so not many steps up to get in.  Could be a big plus for you. Property management people are responsive. Be sure to set up a check-in time.   Unit has a school yard in rear. No problems for me, but can be full of playing, noisy kids at times. A basketball 🏀 court.. I like kids and basketball, so maybe positive.

The good far outweighed any dislikes.

Ricardo was very welcoming. The location of the flat is good, close to the beach and the old town ( and 2 supermarkets). There were mats, hats and umbrellas for the sea to use, and the basic utensils etc for cooking. It gave us the opportunity to feel like locals.

The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need, even has an umbrella and a beach chair. The beds are quite comfortable.

Bad communication with the owner of the apartment, he doesn't always respond to messages or you have to wait for the answer for a long time. Street noise in the evening and in the morning

Very central to the town & beach, excellent air conditioning & had everything we needed.

The single bed could be a little more comfortable, but was fine overall
