we called to drop off our bags before checking in at 3pm and she said no which doesn't make sense, and we didn't get the keys until 3:30pm. In my opinion there is no costumer service in that place.

"Simple, straightforward, and cosy."

The flat was comfy, bed was almost ideal, a peaceful neighborhood with 15 min walking connection to the University and the city centre. For someone looking for a sleepover or a work trip (alone or with a partner - kitchen with cutlery and pots and a fridge available), this accomodation is ideal.
