Near lots of amenities. Very close to the dragon bridge. 15 min walk to shopping mall. Staff friendly, helpful and quick to react if you complain.

Security set up a bed in the reception area to sleep at night. He didn’t wake up to his alarm at 6.30am and it rang loudly and non stop for 30 min. Happened two nights in a row. Didn’t realise it was him until leaving one morning at 7.30am and walked past him sleeping. Room 103 was a good room, but we had to change rooms due to an electrical fault. We were moved without question, but the new room 202 was unclean. Very mouldy, particularly the shower head. The cleaning is certainly not to a high enough standard for it to get to this level of mould and build up. The windows in both rooms were either facing a wall or inside. Didn’t know if it was night or day, no natural light and the rooms were poorly ventilated.

Super Lage. Schöne saubere und große Zimmer. Peris Leistung ist top. Komme gerne wieder.

Larger bottles of water for the kettle would have been nice. Also mugs rather than glasses. The hairdryer had wires hanging out of it and a broken plug. They replaced this. Hot water was a bit hit and miss.

Очень было тихо по сравнению с другими отелями , вежливый персонал , полотенца и воду меняли каждый день .

Ein bisschen mehr Optionen Licht im Zimmer zu machen wären schön. Es gab nur AN = sehr hell oder ein winziges Licht auf dem Nachttisch.
