I love the location and also it’s on 1st floor so easy to carry bags. Very good internet and huge smart TV. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom and kitchen they had everything that is required. Very good host they very kind and very helpful.

There was a space heater in the room, but was not enough. The room was so cold. I think an AC will be good. There was no washing machine.

The facilitie is very clean and functional

I think that could improve the qualitiy of 2nd bed (sofa bed)

Excellent space optimization, with everything functionally packed, very clean and tasteful. All kinds of appliances. Very comfy and decent thermal insulation. Discrete entrance. Perfect for a couple spending up to as much as a month, no problem. Location is good, and every necessary thing is in range. Photos show the room a little dark, but believe me: there's plenty of natural light going in, after the 3 big windows are opened.

Hot water failed in one of the three usages. I'm sure it was an isolated event, (and the owner was contacted, who quickly responded), but it was my experience nonetheless. Surrounding businesses can be shady (for a family routine) and produce noise at strange times. That's not the owner's fault, obviously, but the room could benefit from double glassed windows, for better sound insulation.
