The location The cleaning lady was the only nice friendly person we met at this place .

Almost everything. To start with : the horrible smell of the place which is a result of the lack of ventilation of the place. The room was a major disappointment in terms of the size , the look , the furniture and the very old mattress and pillows.It was nothing like the photos on booking . We were surprised to learn that we have a separated bathroom upon arrival and when we complained they did nothing . We did not feel safe as one day we were out and when I returned our room door was OPEN .When I tried to contact their number I received no response of any kind .And we discovered that it is easy to guess the rooms codes. Communication with the staff totally stopped after we checked-in. It is sooooo noisy outside the place , we had to open the window .Hence ,we could not sleep well.

The accommodation is very good, close to the train station and in the city, walking distance to various tourist spots. The room has all the necessary equipment.

The bed in my room was the only thing that was so uncomfortable. I could feel the iron rods.

-So close to the public transportation (including airport bus) -Almost in the center of budapest -Private bath -The room and the common facilities are so clean

Room and restroom is so spacious and it’s so convenience to leave our laugage after check out!

Great location. Clean room with a nice private bathroom.

Had a technical issue with the app they use for check-in but the personnel solved it for me by hand.

It was nice and clean and perfect central location
