arrived at property , everythink was running smoothly until it come to payment ... he then changed his mind and said oh actually we are full,it was late at night and we are a family with kids and told us just to go elsewere even though we had a booking

location and clean rooms

the toilets are old and when showering the water comes into the room. Both toilets need to be western but one was Asian style and no one could use it in my family so we ended up using only one toilet. The kitchen was very poor with no water kettle or dishes or spoons. there was no washing liquid almost nin usable kitchen. Not worth the money paid for.

it’s new hotel and reception entry is nice

they don’t clean the room properly. there were muds and dust in the washroom when I checkin. sofa and ironing table had strains. housekeeping need to clean it properly
