The property was walking distance to all major attractions and it was a very quiet area. The property was very clean and had everything one needed for the stay. The building is old and reflects the historical city. Zoltan was very kind to give help with the parking. We used the parkl app and left the car outside on the road and the app automatically renews the parking spot every 3 hours and the payment is automatically charged in your account. Weekends and nights are free, so this was very handy. The bed very comfortable and slept very well.

In the apartment were not “minimal aesthetic consequences,” as they claim. On the contrary, the conditions were far below acceptable standards and affected basic comfort, hygiene, and functionality. As already described in my previous message, there was a strong unpleasant smell caused by water leakage, visible traces of damage, excessive noise from equipment that made it impossible to rest, unstable hot water that stopped after a few minutes, lack of proper storage, poor cleanliness, and very low-quality bed linen(not ironed) that was uncomfortable to use. In addition, the building entrance itself was in very poor condition, dirty, and surrounded by trash bins with a strong odor. Also only the day before check-in they told that the property is wet. We are also very concerned by the owner’s response claiming they are not responsible for cleaning and these issues. This is not acceptable and demonstrates a lack of responsibility toward guests. We have clear documented evidence (photos and videos) supporting all of these points, and we are ready to provide them upon request. I would like to emphasize again that the minimum acceptable conditions were not met, despite what the property claims.

the staircase in the building is lowkey unpleasing but the apartment is pretty and clean!
