La ubicación preciosa

Olía un poco mal, como a cerrado aunque ventilábamos. Nos tocó en el bajo y en el salón había como una especie de pozo tapado. En el baño nos encontramos bichos muertos y la ducha se salía el agua porque tenia una cortina de ducha que no llegaba la suelo y estaba muy sucia

Está muy bien situado, pegado a la Alhambra. Además está reformado y no hemos tenido molestias ni problemas de ruidos por el barrio o el resto de vecinos

Tenía algún desperfecto como el sofá algo roto o algún mueble que costaba abrir, pero que ya notificamos.
