Niki is wonderful host, very nice and attentive. If you need something she will help with everything. She'll make sure you'll have a parking spot.

The appartment has great location, near to the beach & center of Sarti, very clean, and hosts were very kind and welcoming. We fully recomend it.

House Niki is a beautiful place, with nice atmosphere, a great view (old town and sea view) and very kind hosts. The room has a nice balcony to enjoy the view and peaceful atmosphere of this area of Sarti. The location is perfect for a short distance walk to the sea and to the promenade / city center. The hosts are SO nice! We will definitely consider it for next year! (Extra plus for the nice flowers in front of the house which create a very friendly feeling and are great to see from the balcony as well).

in the center, close to beach, super nice owner who let us take a shower after we checked out and when we came she prepared for us frappe :) its cheaper so furniture and barhroom is older but good value for money

Very awesome hospitality from the hosts. Everything available and very good location in Sarti and in Sithonia in general, because Sarti is pretty central in the second leg of Xalkidiki.
