Everything would be fine if it weren't dirty.

It's very dirty, especially the kitchen faucet, which is covered in a thick layer of dirt. An old dish sponge remains. There are cobwebs everywhere and the floor is sticky. There's no separate balcony, only a shared terrace on the stairs, shared by two rooms.
