Charming 2BR Cottage Near Freeway-Cul-de-sac

Thank goodness there was coffee ☕️!!!!! It was nice to have the patio out back to relax........some green grass would make it more relaxing..... The beds were comfy. The neighborhood peaceful and quiet. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well cared for.

What were the expectations of the guest ? This was our first experience with staying at a " bed and breakfast " cottage. (Did not know if I was responsible for bedding). Maybe just a quick page in the guest book would be helpful. I appreciateded your recommendations on restaurants!!

I was unable to lodge at this location. The owner was uncooperative and unprofessioanl. It was not safe to continue

1. There was no home at the address specified on Booking. 2. The email originally used to convey information was disabled, so no further contact could be made. 3. The phone number on Booking was inactive. Would not work. It took me an hour to find a way to communicate with the owner to get an entry code. 4. No entry info available in a timely manner. Owner was uncooperative and demanding and I was unable to obtain a code or check in. 5. Owner demanded more money at check in. 6. Owner demanded too much private information including pictures of back and front of my license and a selfie. 7. Owner stopped responding and I was left in the rain with no way to get in and the belief that this whole setup was a scam. It had all the earmarks and I sought lodging elsewhere. 8. Owner continued to send automatic messages even though she knew I never checked in. 9. I request a refund and that booking investigate this owner for a scam.

The internet kept disconnecting several times whenever we watched TV or Netflix

This is a small charming house. The furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Great location, too.

The dining table chairs are very unstable. The shower head needs an update with more water pressure
