- Comfy bed - Decently equipped kitchen - Relatively smooth handover of the keys & no-problem physical key -- much better than my experience with 2nd Home bookings - Everything was neatly clean, nothing wrong with the bathroom despite some other reviews

- A lot of noise from the street every morning - The first floor makes the flat quite dark - Unnecessarily long and duplicate instruction messages - Unexpected bed sheets exchange requests and caveats about the 300eur deposit -- I know that this is not a hotel, but the price is essentially the same

Comfortable apartment, good location, everything available what to need.

located at the city center, close to everything. plenty of space, cozy place.

putting a small trash can in the bathroom would be appreciated

Location was great. Some restaurants and supermarkets round the corner and very walking distance to Stockmann department store and train station. Quiet and secure building.

Bathroom quite uncomfortable especially the shower area. Heaters not warm enough during winter it auto cuts off when reach a little warm temperature. Thus makes the room and bedroom cold. They have a portable heater but it was spoilt not working. Overall not very clean and kitchen has a smell.

Fantastic location with great communication from host when we got lost! Clean, incredibly comfortable bed and exactly what we needed!

Cigarette smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant.

The location is walkable distance from city centre.

The kitchen facility was unclean, there was no dishwashing soap. Few utensils were stained or broken. No dishwasher in the apartment. The shower was leaking. Apartment is not suitable for a family of 5.
