Location and price

It was not very clean and difficult to get in

The location was excellent and easy walk to shops, restaurants, Torni Hotel view point, station and museums/library.

Terrible hosts/support. Did not cooperate. Very late in responding.

Perfect location and a very clean and comfortable apartment. It's a very big apartment that can occupy up to 5 people conveniently. I love it and I will use it again when next I am in Helsinki.

Nice apartment, great location – good facilities

Nothing at all on arrival, which was welcoming, I mean no bottle of water, sugar, coffee or tea – for me, this is inhospitable. Poor communication from host received a myriad of confusing emails, one asking me to pay again when I’d already paid, one asking me to send photo of passport along with bank details (are they aware there is a security risk in doing this) Extremely difficult to find keys and then find the property – just confusing.

The place was pretty nice being in the centre of the city

Very very good location, spacious apartment, everything necessary was in place! We really enjoyed our stay :) Was bit confusing to get the keys, but the owner helped us.

Central and convenient location, nice and well equipped apartment, comfortable bed.

Got charged twice for my booking, now having to wait up to 30 days to get a refund.

Bath is a strong advantage of this apartment, also the location is great!

Collecting the key and entering the building for the first time was puzzling. A more clear way or better instructions are needed!
