We had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Bundi. The location is ideal: centrally situated, making everything easily accessible. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner, who does everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is the option to use the kitchen yourself, but we especially enjoyed the extensive menu. There are plenty of options, from breakfast to dinner. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and personal preferences are taken into account. For instance, I don't like spicy food myself, whereas my partner actually appreciates it. The owner effortlessly adapted our meals, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, there are two lovely outdoor seating areas. The rooftop is highly recommended: wonderfully relaxing in the evening and a perfect spot to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee and a beautiful view. Everything is also well organized in terms of practicalities: bottles of water are available so you don't have to buy or carry them yourself, and there is a refrigerator you can use. In short, a place where hospitality, comfort, and good food come together. Highly recommended and we are coming back for sure!

Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich nett empfangen. Der Besitzer wusste direkt wer ich war und hat mich auch sonst mit meinem Vornamen angesprochen. Falls ich etwas brauchte konnte ich ihm schreiben. Und bekam mal mehr mal weniger schnell eine Antwort . Die Unterkunft ist super nah am Fort. Und die Unterkunft hat mit den günstigsten Preis in Bundi. Es gibt eine Küche die man hier mit anderen Gästen nutzen kann Am nächsten Tag konnte ich in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln.

You get what you pay. Leider habe ich nicht das Zimmer bekommen was ich gebucht habe. Statt einem säubern doppelzimmer wurde ich in ein kleines stinkes Einzelzimmer untergebracht welches über all an den Wänden Schimmel aufwies. Das Zimmer hat kein eigenes Bad sondern ein Bad außerhalb was nicht schlimm ist, aber dieses war auch äußerst dreckig und bei der Betätigung der Spülung wurde aus der Toilette ein Springbrunnen. Das zweite Zimmer war ich bekam war wesentlich sauberer und besser aber leider wurde auch hier nicht das Bad richtig geputzt zudem war das Türschloss defekt. Sodass man die Tür nicht richtig zu bzw. aufschließen konnte. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen. Gemeinschaftaraum aber auch die waren nicht sauber überall Müll oder Asche von Zigaretten. Ich habe den Besitzer auf die Mängel angesprochen aber es kamen eher Ausflüchte. Mein Zimmer sei auf Grund anderer Gäste nicht bereit gewesen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht er hätte das kommuniziert und mir angeboten das Zimmer zu stornieren.

Simply wonderful and one of the best lodgings I've stayed at in India. Great location near the major attractions with terrific rooftop views, peaceful neighbourhood, a very comfortable bed, high standards for cleanliness and maintenance, good Wi-Fi, good showers, and most of all, an owner-manager who makes you feel very welcome. I think I'm now on my 4th (lengthy) stay here. Highly recommended!

Really lovely place to stay in Bundi, central and nice. The owner is a really kind and helpful person.

The shower wasn’t the best.

The owner Vaibhav is the reason I return to Bundi. He’s an amazing host and person. Invited to a wedding and need an outfit? Don’t worry he’ll help you order one and get it stitched to size. Need help navigating a last min bus or train tix? Vaibhav to the rescue. He encourages guests to participate in local events. He and his family are beautiful souls, honest and fun to spend time with. My only critique is that he UNDERCHARGES. I’ve stayed in almost every room type, my favourites are the newer room top floor w en suite bathrooms. Worth paying a little more but the larger rooms with shared bathrooms are comfortable and extremely inexpensive. Feel very safe staying here as solo female traveler.

I love staying here and visit because of Vaibhav. He has helped me administer pills to local stray days to combat scabbies. Unfortunately tho, many of the vendors along the way to his home stay aren’t the kindest towards dogs, puppies or cats. Bundi can and should do better!!!!

A real treat in bundi, a real backpackers homestay with kitchen and common terrace for chilling. Hosted by Mr Vaibhav and his family is an added treat to the trip , trying local Rajasthani cuisine for lunch and dinner.

Vaibhav is an incredible host! Just pure kindness and warmth. My kids and I stayed for 3 nights and felt at home from the first moment. The location is perfect. The room is confortable with hot water, kitchen access and food orders also available. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. Honestly, I had never stayed in a place with such an incredible price-quality ratio! 100% recommend! Thank you again and again Vaibhav for such an amazing time with you!
