No hot water for taking bath

This is a hotel on the highway, near the airport which exactly what we needed. No frills, just a clean and comfortable place to stay near the airport, after a late flight arrival on our way into Wyanad where we were to continue our holiday. The receptionist, Vaiz, was very helpful and respectful, making us feel welcome and making sure that we had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The place itself can be a little confusing as it is not a stand-alone building but part of a small complex. Parking is available on lower ground floor.

The rooms had excellent furniture. Bathroom fittings were outstanding. The staff were courteous and helpful

Food had to be ordered from outside restaurants.

EXCELLENT FACILITIES

A SIGN BOARD IN THE BASEMENT WOULD BE PREFERABLE

Staff is really good. They were extremely helpful what ever I needed or what questions I had. Room was spacious, and very ckean, with modern facilities. Also liked that there was a english tv-channels&Netflix in the hotel room tv. Bathroom was also really good for european standards.
