It's good place to be in

Hardworking congenial owner always making the best of things

The bed was too hard for my taste but probably just me

The location was great! Many restaurants and spas nearby. The night market is also in walking distance.

The room was dirty. There were chunks of dust under the bed and the towels smelled bad. We found hair from other persons both in the bathroom and in the room. The worst was that the owner offered to help us book a bus that would pick us up at the hotel. When we came down to check out and asked if the bus was coming soon as discussed the day before, he looked surprised and made a call (which he wouldn’t have had if the bus was booked), and then told us that the bus was canceled. It was obvious that he forgot to book it for us and that the bus wasn’t canceled, which was confirmed at the bus station later. It’s okay to make mistakes, but he didn’t have to lie about it.
