Цената спрямо това което получаваш е адекватна. Стаята изглеждаше точно като на снимките, чистотата беше на ниво. Мястото има потенциал но липсва добър мениджмънт

Локацията не е много подходящата тъй като самият хотел се намира на главен път през който минават автомобили цяла вечер и е доста шумно. Няма никаква гледка през балкона и се намира в близост до джамия от която 2 пъти на ден се чува молитва. Също така има липса на персонал, трябва да звъниш на рецепцията по телефона и да чакаш 15-20 мин някой да дойде. Сутринта чаках в ресторанта за кафе 20 минути защото нямаше никого буквално пише че отварят в 8:00 аз бях вътре сам и чаках до 8:20 да се появи някого да ми направи 3 кафета, когато казах какво искам получих лош полу-заспал поглед и все пак оставих 2 лв бакшиш след които получих усмивка и по учтиво обслужване. Също така седнахме и за вечеря в ресторанта храната беше ОК но със сигурност не беше вкусна също така обслужването беше доста зле.

Nuestra habitación no estaba lista e inmediatamente nos otorgaron otra habitación más costosa de lo que habíamos pagado. También nos dejaron pasar la moto dentro del jardín…. Esta forma de buen trato al cliente de verdad se agradece mucho en estos tiempos. Un 10 por parte nuestra.

The hotel building and interior are of an impressively high standard for the price range — modern, spotless, and recently built.

The customer service was unacceptable and severely damaged the overall experience. There was no prior notice that the reception closes at 20:00, and no attempt was made to contact me before arrival. I was instead confronted by the restaurant manager — a person with alarmingly poor manners — whose venue closes at 22:00. Despite my fully prepaid reservation, no arrangements were made to ensure I could check in, and I was only admitted reluctantly. His conduct was openly dismissive, bordering on hostile, and included a discriminatory remark implying they “don’t often receive people like me” (apparently referring to my vegetarian diet). Such behaviour is entirely incompatible with hospitality standards. This is a textbook example of a facility’s excellence being completely undermined by a toxic service culture.
