There is a restaurant in the hotel for emergency meals. They were able to arrange a room for aearly checkin and were accomodating for a late check-out as well.

The room they provided for the early checkin still had used sheets and pillow cases. The bathroom wasn't cleaned either. We then changed to the main room for our stay, where the AC didn't work, then we moved to a different room twice before we could find a room with a working AC. The rooms at the front are right by the main road in front of a hospital. So it can get loud. The front desk didn't have any idea about buses or trains to helpw ith onward travel.

The room service phone in the concrete hallway will disturb you constantly as it rings and rings without anyone answering
