The mattress on the singel bed needs to be replaced

The location as amazing and the views.

On arrival, the host met us. We immediately went into the cottage where we booked. It was myself, my mom and sister plus my niece of 2 years old. When she saw my niece she has a problem, because of safety related issues. I spoke to her, and told her that we will get another place/accommodation to stay. I requested a refund- and suddenly her whole attitude changed. She said no, she will make an exception for us with the little girl. For the whole duration of our stay -we've been watched likes prisoners - through the windows. We felt so uncomfortable and couldn't wait for our staycation to end.

Beautiful accommodation at Irina's place at Knysna. From being welcomed at her home at lovely cottage to beautiful surroundings, highly recommend everyone passing through Knysna. We had a great time, pool was a super nice bonus. Safe, short ride to Leisure Island and everything around Knysna. Thank you very much for a great stay :)
