"Wonderful flat, easy car access & walking distance to the old town. We loved it!"

Great location, right under the elevator that leads to the old town. Walking distance without the noise. And very easy to access by car. I would suggest to use the underground parking. No worry about parking then. Large flat with natural light, large balcony. Modern furnitures (Ikea). Very convenient. Feel homey. We are recommending it! And the owner is super nice, resourceful and helpful. We have so appreciated him

"Estancia muy agradable y bien comunicada."

La ubicación es perfecta porque en 10 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad y también en la estación de tren. Desde la terraza las vistas de la muralla son espectaculares. Javier, el anfitrión, nos facilitó mucho la entrada en la vivienda adaptándose a nuestros horarios.

La ubicación y el precio bien;

El mantenimiento del piso mal: persianas que no bajaban; algunas bombillas que no funcionaban; éramos 7 y para el sofá no se puso sabanas... algún material de cocina estropeado

Dichtbij de lift en in rustige omgeving; voor treinreizigers zoal wij zeer goede optie. Kunnen tot 5 personen goed terecht. Supermarkt om de hoek.

"Comodo appartamento a due passi dal centro storico, ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo."

Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto a 2 passi dall'ascensore che porta al centro storico. Una camera matrimoniale carina e ben organizzata e spaziosa, una con più letti (per famiglie con figli) meno attraente ma comunque pulita. L'accoglienza della persona che ci ha atteso è stata ottima e la disponibilità del garage privato a pagamento nella stessa struttura con la stessa chiave è un plus molto interessante (consigliatissimo ristorante La Olla per chi vuol mangiar bene).

Ammodernerei un poco il bagno (la doccia) ma nel complesso tutto bene.
