The refill packs of shower gel and shampoo were only replenished twice, and I forgot to ask the hotel for them. Everything else was fine.

This is a regular motel, with no breakfast provided, and they did not have even a simple coffee maker in the room, or drinking water provided. I chose it based on the reviews about it being a clean motel, but then found a human hair in the bathroom. The room was not comfortable at all. In the morning I was woke up by lots of noise outside: possibly motel maintenance. The phone in the room did not work, so there was no way to contact the office unless taking a long walk to it on foot. The quality does not match the price.

The rooms are bigger than expected, and I loved the lady at the front she was so kind and very welcoming. We needed a room with an extra bed on both occasions that I stayed and she was able to work with us both times. The rooms are really clean and they made our beds everyday, so coming back to sleep at the end of a long day was amazing. Will definitely we staying here from now on.

They refused my service animal entry she had to sleep In the car. Not allowing my animal against federal law in ca.
