Villa Indigo - 5-BDR with huge pool and garden

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WAS AMAZING! Location rooms pool facilities everything was so spot on! ABSOLUTELY breathtaking villa! Staff management was there with wine had our fridge stocked with cold drinks ice in glasses freshly cut watermelon 🍉 just honestly went above and beyond!

The villa was beautiful. However the maintenance needs improvement. The air conditioning in 2 rooms is were not working well. The toilets in the rooms had a stale smell . The bidets and shower heads were very old.

Their Villa management team however - is super responsive and helpful. They sent their maintenance team on the same day (separately) to fix the Aircon, bidet, toilet door etc. Overall, the pool is big enough and the ambience of the villa is great (minus the mosquitoes), location is relatively convenient.

Rooms are spacious, but we encountered aircon leaking (literally "waterfalls" woke me up), bidets leaking - facilities are questionable for a relatively new villa. Enclosed toilets might have sewage issue as the smell is constantly bad. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and water dispenser but be prepared to buy your own oil and basic condiments. No washer in the villa, be prepared to do your own laundry or pay for the in-house housekeepers to help you with it. We are traveling with children so doing laundry is inevitable. Mosquitoes and rats are usual. No TV. But they have Alexa echo.

So wonderful. Centrally located to fabulous restaurants and shops it was a fantastic location to base ourselves for the first half of our Bali holiday. Beautiful rooms and pool with a great central spot to all hang out together. Our family group of 7 enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff each day who gave suggestions and arranged laundry. Thanks! we will recommend to others!

Absolutely loved everything about this villa. Staff were all amazing. Location was great. Beds were comfy. We had such a great time and would definitely be back

Nothing at all.

There was a blocked drain in one bathroom, and a bedroom roof leaked when it rained, and when a guest was showering the water stopped (we think due to staff member using a hose at the property at the time?). We would prefer that staff are not at the Villa cleaning while guests are there, and do not clean rooms if they are locked. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in attending to the problems, and also helping one guest to retrieve her lost bag!
