"Lovely place and hospitable owners!"

The property was spacious and very clean, with a lovely outdoor patio area. Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen. The owners are very hospitable - when I was struggling to get a taxi they called one for me.

Nothing - this is a perfect place to stay.

"Superb"

We arrived too early by mistake to Quintinha dos Cavalos, but the owners - Antonia and Miguel - worked quickly nonetheless to prepare the house for us. They even gave us fruit, homemade jam and liquor as welcoming gifts which was a wonderful gesture. The location of the farm is pure perfection, straight out of an oil painting. The view of the valley below is magical, especially in the morning and the evening. Strolling lazily up the path towards the fruit trees and watching the sun set over the valley, with the cool wind blowing silently, is a real spiritual experience. We fell in love with Nino and Cookie, the resident dogs, and our children could not get enough of them. The owners are not intrusive, quick to reply and very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. .

This house is in the middle of a farm - be prepared for a small amount of creepy crawlers, but nothing serious
