MIKI's Guest House

The first thing is that Miki and her cousin are very welcoming and nice people. They are ready to help you and answer all your questions. There were only 2 houses, so more private. Close to a few good restaurants and a short scooter ride to all the shops. A short walk to the beach. Strong internet connection. A good base to explore the island.

Fantastic owner , so helpful and friendly, Room comfortable with fridge and kettle and your own 25 litre drinking water dispenser Good aircon and peaceful set in its own garden Cheap bike hire available too and transfers also as they have a trike which was also very good value. Nice restaurants close by and also a lovely beach which is good for snorkeling a few minutes walk away. Would have stayed longer but unfortunately they were fully booked

The Host's were lovely and very helpful: lots of restaurant tips and suggestions on what to do, pickup service from the ferry, laundry service, scooter rental. The best part definitely was the location. There is a Marine Sanctuary just around the corner: such a great snorkeling spot with great sunsets. Lots of restaurants with yummy food in walking distance. Could have stayed longer!

Nothing to complain about.

We stayed at Miki's our last few nights in the Philippines and we could honestly not have been happier. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! Everything about this stay was amazing. Our guesthouse was cozy yet spacious, the bed was really comfortable, we even had our own water refill jug in our room which was AWESOME. The location was actually perfect. Walking distance or a short scoot to some great restaurants, and we were literally next door to the Tubod beach Marine Sanctuary where we had an epic snorkelling experience! The BEST part about this stay were the hosts, Miki and Jboy. They were so friendly and went out of their way to help us when we needed it and make us feel right at home. STAY HERE! You will not be disappointed. And Miki/Jboy, please build more guesthouses so that we can take all our friends and family here one day :) Steph & Justin (from Canada) 

No hot water for the shower but we didn't need it since it was so hot every day.

Located at 5 minutes walk from tubod beach. Only 2 rooms. Extremely comfortable bed and very clean. Michi and Jboy became good friends. Hope to be back in a couple of years..

We just had a short stay, but when we were at the guesthouse we were always welcomed with warm smiles and hearts. Everything we wished for was arranged in a heartbeat: scooters, port transfer at 4 am, etc. There was lots of free drinking water provided and we appreciated the hook above the bed to fix your own (not provided) mosquito net. The restaurant across the street offers great food (many veggies breakfast options) for a low price.

Super clean. Kettle, big bottle of water, fridge in the room. Solid air conditioning. 2 min walk to Tubod Marine Sanctuary (great place to snorkel). Good motorbikes/helmets for rental. Very kind and caring people, I’ve always felt being taken care of. A few restaurants close by.
