It was clean

The door had a huge gap. It was sub standard. The bed was terrible. Bedding was terrible. Uncomfortable noisy and jus overall bad. Access in and out we're terrible. I waited over an hour to leave because no one was there to open despite calls messages and knocking on the door for me to go.

No breakfast

The room is cold . I was given a small heater that doesn't work . A very thick blanket 🫩 A TV is very small . The bed makes a disturbing sound when turning . Water tanks are turned off . Linen doesn't look good at all

The room is big with an ensuite shower room and there's a kitchen where you can prepare your own food.

The reception that we received was bad and unprofessional because the employee of that place is very rude. We had the altercation with the employee who wanted to pin and accused us of a damaged TV which was not the case also the 1st day instead of giving us a professional welcome he was entirely engaged in a call. Be aware of him because he is a scammer of a high note..
