Posizione centralissima a due passi da tutto, terrazza con vista mozzafiato sul teatro antico di Taormina

Siamo stati bene. Ma il palazzo grava in una situazione di degrado pauroso. Basta poco per lasciare un bel ricordo. L’appartamento è molto carino, comodo, posizione ottimale, ma le ante degli armadietti sono rotte, l’orologio ha il vetro rotto ed era senza batterie.

The location and terrace were amazing! Also the host was so helpful and gave us a long list of recommendations, would definitely stay here again

The location is good and the host was very helpful. The Terrace is big with a view .The apartment is part of an old building and needs some renovation. The whole building ,bathroom and apartment has a lingering smell . We stayed 2 nights and on the second night it seems the water tank was being refilled which continued the whole night and we did not sleep well . Also there are mosquitoes in the apartment . The noise from the street could bother light sleepers .The bed linen could be better , pillow and the small bed in the kitchen/dining room is hard. Overall it was an uncomfortable stay.

The recommendations for places to visit and eat were excellent. Someone being available to access the property was good. The apartment was in an excellent area.

The indoror eating and seating area was small and cramped. Very little surface to prepare food The out door seating was very uncomfortable, metal without cushions. There was very little shade provided and was in adequate The apartment and communal entrance was dirty and although we were there for 12 nights no clean bedding or towels were no provided

Exceptional location and terrace with a folded awning to give some shadow on a terrace dining table. The terrace itself can be a fantastic place to eat and drink if the heat lets you stay there. The apartment building is located on a quiet street, but just round the corner you are on the main tourist stream of restaurants and shops. Good instructions from the host about the town, where to eat, what to see.

Beds were uncomfortable. Usually I sleep on a firm mattress but these here were stone-hard - both of them. Terrace is nice, but useless in summer months, because of the heat. Kitchen is very budget level. I did not expect it to be high level, because I prefer to experience local cuisine in restaurants, but just to mention that. It worth mentioning that apartment in Taormina is located on mountainside, quite long distance from the beach. If you want to go to the beach you have either an option to take a cable car (6€ pp single, or 10€ pp return), or Interbus from Bus Terminal to Isolabella stony beach. Cheaper than cable car, but you never know how much would you pay. We were 2+2 and on the same route never paid the same price 😀. It was somewhere between 7 € and 12€.
