Petranima Wellness in Trulli

La gentillesse du personnel qui nous a accueilli avec un petit de café de bienvenue. L’endroit est identique à celui des photos. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Alcova - café, thé et boissons fraîches à disposition dans la chambre. Possibilité de commander à boire et à manger pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Petit déjeuner très complet (produits locaux, confitures maison, œufs à la demande…) parking ombragé sous les oliviers - transats et parasol attitrés pour chaque chambre… endroit très apaisant et calme … parfait pour se ressourcer après qq jours de visite.

Très bon moment de détente dans les jacuzzi mais la présence de quelques impuretés à la surface dans l’un et eau trouble dans l’autre, rappelle qu’un soin plus poussé pourrait les rendre parfaits et en adéquation avec le standing de l’établissement.

Extensive online check-in required where you need to sign a contract, enter all your details, upload passport photo and then provide a selfie with your face next to your passport which seems excessive given the state of the property and security measures once you get there. Not to mention that I still had to sign documents and provide passport on arrival so not sure why it was even needed. Pictures online are dated and property looks a bit tired and unkempt. Sheets were old - they were pilling which meant they felt scratchy and had moth holes in them. No window in the room and it was stale smelling which had been masked with a diffuser that was way too strong so I had to put it outside.

Everything. This was a wonderful experience and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were welcomed with a beverage for all of us while we checked in and they were helpful the entire time. The facilities were clean, the best beds I had on my whole time in Italy and the swimming pool was great.

Petranima is in a quiet location and is perfect place to unwind with a large swimming pool and hot tub. Staying in a Trulli house was an experience, the accommodation was clean and there was an outside space to relax. Whilst food was available we went to restaurants in Martini Franca which is a short drive down the road.

Beautiful, private, many amenities to work out, swim, jacuzzi and relax and soak in the sun!!Unmatched service. Staff were incredibly helpful and very accommodating!!

Nothing not to like.

Truly unique rooms, peaceful setting, and warm staff who made us feel right at home. Lovely breakfast, relaxing pool area, and just 25 minutes from Ostuni.
