Nên sửa chữa 1 số thứ trong phòng trước khi cho thuê : cánh cửa tủ đồ bị lung lay, dây cáp TV bị đứt rời ra, tủ lạnh không cắm điện, (khách không biết chỗ cắm). Sáng muốn đi sớm gọi rất lâu mới có người mở cửa. Thang máy kính để ngoài trời nắng chiếu vào làm cho nóng nực, phải tìm cách khắc phục (có thể dán phim cách nhiệt)

The location and staffs

The quality of the hotel is too bad. I booked this hotel because I saw beautiful pictures of this hotel on booking.com. It looks amazing on the pictures, luxury, clean and very comfy. But I was shocked when I saw the room in the real. It looked very poor quality, not even clean, very small space. The bed was not clean. I was very upset with the room I booked. I felt like they lied to all customer by posting the fake pictures of their hotel. If I knew the hotel is bad in the real O wouldnt spend money on them.
