The location is good.

They don't give water bottle and we have to order from.restaurant. we stayed for 2 days and they did not clean the room. Looks like they are new to this sector and are learning.

"Good hotel in Palani for family"

This is a good hotel in Palani considering the limited options available. The hotel is very close (walkable distance but has stray local dogs) to the rope car entrance for the temple. The room is very good size for a family of 4, there are 2 double beds which are perfect. The room has good space for luggage stowage. The best part of the hotel is its restaurant, it provides excellent food with long working hours. The restaurant staff is very courteous and well behaved. The hotel has good parking facilities.

We had a small glitch with the bathroom door. It used to get locked so needed to be opened in a specific way, we ended up keeping it unlocked all the time during our stay. Kids panicked when it happened the first time.
