It’s a nice place with decent, comfortable rooms in a great location. Lovely staff and good food.

Room could have been a bit cleaner on arrival. Broken toilet seat

the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The position of the property to the north of Patnem beach was perfect as it was quiet and away from the busy central area.

I would have been better if room cleaning was on a regular basis rather than on request. Despite two confirmation emails stating that a taxi driver would meet us at the airport this did not happen and we had to make our own arrangements

The place is neat and clean and with all basic needs. Rooms are comfortable and very spacious. The best part is the restaurant. In Goa one cannot be wrong with the food and Cuba Patnem Kitchen serves best food. Service is prompt, staff is very friendly and helpful. Ideal stay if you are looking for quiet and convenient stay away from other loud Beaches.

Nothing as such. The pricing was on very high side due to peak season. Hot water kettle in the room is advisable.

Perfect location for chilling on Patnem beach. Huts were large, clean and comfortable. AC worked well.

No services. No cleanliness

Although the rooms were spacious and clean, some basic amenities like hot water(apparantly the solar was not working) and tooth brush/paste is missing. The staff was mostly friendly apart from a few people on the management front. All in all, good location, right on the beach but people would like it better if the basics are covered in this cost they are charging the guests.

Location is amazing, right on the beach. You just can’t get better. Staff are professional as well as very warm and personable; they take a personal interest in the guests, which makes a difference. This is in particular the guys working in the bar, and especially Pawan.

I arrived just as low season was starting. They had closed the restaurant and were deconstructing the bar and preparing the whole camp for cyclone season. I decided to leave after 2 days as I was the only guest left!! After some back and forth with the management they agreed not to make me pay the nights I had booked but didn’t stay. The huts are nicely located beneath the coconut trees and in the shade, but quite basic when it comes to level of comfort.

Pawan is an absolute star and does such a great job. Brilliant with people and always positive.

Before arriving we had several emails from the boss. He wanted us to pay in cash before arriving. We were staying in a resort up in the hills with poor internet and we spent several attempts trying to arrange this to no avail. This stress was not what we wanted on holiday. We paid in cash on arrival and all was ok.
