Location! View! Accessibility. Rooms are clean. Taps outside each room really helps get rid of the sand before entering the room. Vibe and Ambience.

Bathroom could be better. Maintenance required. Bathroom Fittings can be replaced.

Old school gem of a place right on the sands at patnem , huge rooms and bathrooms , very clean , Kuldeep the front of house was extremely helpful and to be honest so were all the restaurant staff , stayed with my 12 year old Daughter and it felt very secure and safe , perfect .

The location was the best because of the beach access. Book a room with a sea view or a partial sea view as they are in better condition than the rooms in the interior. I had booked 3 rooms, 2 of which were in the interior. My room had a portion where the floor was damaged. The staff were nice and helpful.

My parents received a room where the bathroom was not cleaned, however the staff apologized and sorted it out. The rooms furnishings definitely need an upgrade.

Great location in quiet part of Patnem beach. Massive room, very comfortable, and only 1 minute walk from beach. Really quiet. Great staff and a nice breakfast. Good definitely recommend
