Personal service, quiet, great location

Bathroom light. I understand energy saving on timer but to see during the day I had to close the door to make it dark enough for the light to come on.

L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et des employés. Des gens très serviables, arrangeants, soucieux du détail. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était incroyablement bon.

La douche mériterait d'avoir plus de débit.

Staff were very welcoming. Hotel was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent.

One minor issue was low water pressure in shower and hand basin.

Le charme et la classe de l’hôtel et l’accueil exceptionnel de notre hôte. La restauration était délicieuse. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet endroit un peu hors du temps.

À l’arrivée nous avons été un peu déçus par la chambre située dans une annexe à côté de l’hôtel mais l’accueil était tellement chaleureux que c’est passé au second plan.

The place was a delight from walking through front door Gerard the owner couldn't do enough for you along with the rest of the staff Room was small but v comfortable with everything you needed Food was exceptional especially the dinner, but who can fault a full Ulster fry for breakfast 😀 Would definitely recommend and next time we're in Ballymena I know where we will be staying
