New Luxury Flat in front of the Parliament at Unirii

The apartment was received in a very clean condition and is located in a stunning spot facing the Parliament building — the view is truly impressive. A medium-sized supermarket is conveniently located nearby and is accessible at comfortable hours. Check-in is independent, using a code that is provided upon arrival, which made the process smooth and easy. The owner was friendly and very responsive throughout our stay.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The apartment has two bedrooms. One of the beds was extremely squeaky, which made sleeping less comfortable. The bed linens had clearly seen better days, and the pillows were thin and quite uncomfortable. One of our family members slept in the living room, but the bedding was not prepared in advance, and at first, we couldn’t find it, which caused some inconvenience upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped at a very basic level, which is fine for simple meals but not for more elaborate cooking. The dryer works only if the entire air conditioning system is turned off, which is inconvenient. Out of three remote controls, only one had working batteries. There were no extra blankets provided, and we received only five rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay. There were also quite a few mosquitoes in the apartment during the evenings, which made it necessary to keep windows closed and use repellent. The living room furniture is uncomfortable — you sink in as soon as you sit down. Overall, it’s clear that the apartment would benefit from refreshing the old furniture and offering guests a bit more comfort and attention to detail.

Μόνο η θέα.

Στο εν λόγω διαμέρισμα το μονο που πραγματικά άξιζε και ήταν αληθινό ήταν η πολλή ωραία θέα. Τα σεντόνια των κρεβατιών ήταν άπλυτα (είχαν τρίχες και μυρωδιά από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες) και τα μαξιλάρια και οι μαξιλαροθήκες μύριζαν άσχημα. Οι πετσέτες ήταν πολύ σκληρές και ας ήταν πλυμμένες. Αυτό όμως που πραγματικά μας έκανε πολύ άσχημη εντύπωση ήταν η αγένεια του οικοδεσπότη. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ενώ ήξερε ότι θα είμαστε 5 άτομα είχε πετσέτες για 4, δύο πετσέτες για τα χέρια και καμιά πετσέτα προσώπου. Στην παράκληση μας για επιπλέον πετσέτες έγινε φραστικά επιθετικός, απαίτησε τις ταυτότητες και τών πέντε (δύο γονείς και τρία παιδιά), διαφορετικά μας απείλησε με έξωση από το διαμέρισμα. Τέλος έξω από την πόρτα της εισόδου του διαμερίσματος είχε εγκατεστημένη μια κάμερα ώστε να βλέπει τον χρόνο που μπαίνουμε και βγαίνουμε από το διαμέρισμα
