Everything was good.
FRCAIt was close to the airport. It was also easy to go in and out of the house at any time of the day. The bathroom and facility in general was very clean!
There was other rooms being used right next to ours and we had to be very quiet after 11, and also not using the shower after 11. The fact that there was no AC was a bit of an issue for us, since the fan in the room was so small, it was still very hot in the room.
