Old City Tonitza Studio

It's in a good location, very near the city centre. It was passable for a couple of nights, as we spent most of our time outside.

Even though the location is good, it's in what seems to be the most unsafe building of the street, full of graffitti and littered with garbage. The apartment itself is not well kept, the towels didn't smell fresh, there is mould in the bathroom, the floor of the kitchen is falling apart. The apartment doesn't have individual central heating, so it is relying on the communal heating of the city, which doesn't really work, and we were cold during the night. The fridge isn't cold enough and it smells funny, the coffee machine doesn't work. The front door locks only by the upper lock and seems fragile, and we didn't feel comfortable leaving part of our things inside as we left for our day, and we felt like checking the door several times before going to bed. It's the kind of apartment owned by people who only want profit from it, it looks like the owners went for the cheapest options available for everything. In the state that it's in right now, it's not value for money at all.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old center of Bucharest. Although it's in the city center, it's a quiet street. Comfortable bed, clean, check-in went smoothly. The furniture is a bit old but the apartment is clean so we were not bothered by that. We had a comfortable stay.

It is clean and a good location

Beautiful small studio in the center of old town. Provides all the necessary, tea/coffee. Bed is clean, room is spacious. Overall great deal in the center of Bucharest. Just next door to a very nice Greek restaurant. Uber can drop you at the corner of the road, 1 min walk distance.
