Beach Luxury Suite

Beautiful little gem of a studio, just off the main road .Very comfortable and clean. Lovely outlook and so peaceful and quiet. With a lovely private terrace and garden furniture. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous.

Lovely clean spacious apartment perfect location near the beach ,bars and shops could not fault anything about it!! Lisa could not be anymore helpful than she was,she let us in and left us to it ! everything was perfect ! Nice comfy bed ,great shower , and air conditioning was great too , what isn’t in the description is the lovely garden area with loungers so you can get the last bit of sun as it goes down with a drink .we will defiantly be back

It was a nightmare! ?LUXURY BEACH what? First of all, it's hard to find the place because it's on a narrow dirt road that's not on google maps and we had to wait for photos to locate it. No one waiting at the property, we received a msg that the keys are on the door and they never responded to any of my messages until I involved booking.com regarding the worst experience of our life on day 5.. 1. INVATION OF PRIVACY: A stranger tried walking into the apartment uninvited while my wife was alone saying he is the owner and wants to fix the wifi that was already working but she didn't let him in because it was never mentioned by our point of contact on booking (who never responded regarding any of the issues). 2. The bedsheets & towels were dirty (black patches) since day 1. 3. On day 3, the water turned black and the smell from the sewage system filled the apartment. 4. on day 4, the water became clear but we still couldn't shower in it or sleep in the apartment due to the heavy smell of sewage system. I confronted the "owner" and his kind wife who were outside regarding these issues, they apologized and got us more dirty towels and dirty sheets. The woman said they are having a problem with the cleaning company (don't know why it's my problem) 5. There is a TV but you can't use it without a remote controller that is broken 6. AC was full of black particles that flew all over the place when turned on (had to clean it the AC to fix it) 7. The list goes on. I had to contact booking.com customer service multiple times for a list of 9 issues including invading our privacy by simply opening the door and walking in, giving my wife the fright of her life and unfortunately all they could say was sorry but you have been provided with new linen sheets after you asked (which was 3 days after we asked and were dirty again!!) I have asked for a refund several times from booking after long arguments I received 80eur out of 480eur!!!!!!
