Very clean good facilities good position to restaurants

This house is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and beach. The pool was great and the house was clean. HOWEVER, I would rather stay somewhere else. The host asked us to wire him the money, which we had to pay the fee for the wire because he would rather avoid the credit card fee on his end. From the minute we booked this place, I started getting emails regarding the payments constantly. We wired the money and then he attempted to charge our credit card. Given the bigger amount my credit card asked for confirmation, which I declined. Then, his bank charged him a fee to receive the wire and he then turned around and sent me easily 10 emails stating that I had to pay that fee. This was not pleasant at all - customer service was not something he thought he should apply here. He then told me I should consider that the house was clean - at which point I lost it and said if I’m paying this amount of money, of course I’m expecting a clean place. Again, although the house was clean and in great location, I’d rather stay somewhere else to avoid dealing with people like him on my vacation. I don’t know if other countries/banks charge for wires but this guy was truly not great to deal with. I’d rather stay in this location but somewhere else.

This is a very spacious 3 bedroom villa very clean and well maintained with great facilities. There was lots of seating on all three levels ground floor balcony and roof. In addition there were 6 loungers at the pool. There was a washing machine too great if you were having a longer stay, and there was a hairdryer which I dont think was mentioned in the description. Towels were provided for the loungers in addition to the bathroom towels. It is a five minute walk from the main square with its many restaurants and about a 200m walk from the boardwalk which runs along the cliff front. Although its in a nice quiet residential area it is still close to the restaurants. The manager Fabio was great to deal with and that aspect was very easy. The photos really dont do it justice. If I was returning to Carvoeiro I would definitely book this villa again.

Great location, lots of space, quiet, and pool on-site was a perfect finish

it was spacious and clean. in some aspects well equipped. clothes line for drying clothes was very useful especially after going to the beach. view from the top most terrace was very nice. very good location walking distance from the boardwalk and. restaurants.

Blinds were sheer so the morning light flooded the room by 6 am. Beds were a bit small and could be more comfortable. in the description, it said toiletries would be provided but when we asked the host we were told they aren’t. it was a bit annoying to buy shower gel and shampoos on the last leg of our trip!

Location. We split the holiday, staying in a hotel and villa. My kids loved the villa... The pool, table tennis and darts were all used. It's just up the hill from the square/ beach plus has room for parking. The meet, greet and departure was smooth and without fuss. Elza (manager) kept in touch in the run up and was a pleasure to deal with.

No AC in the living room. That's all. Everything else was great.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The villa itself is gorgeous, the photos actually dont do it justice. The location is perfect a really short walk to beautiful views over the cove and down the hill to plenty of restaurants and bars

I found the bed a little uncomfortable and we would have liked more furniture on the roof terrace- table and chairs perhaps
