Mr. Art's house is very clean and well-equipped; everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms is neat and tidy. It is also very close to the bus stop for line 165. ​However, if you are not the type of person who takes care of other people's homes as if they were your own, if you do not respect your elders, if you are not quiet, or if you do not accept leaving a $100 USD cash deposit (caution), please do not book and bother Mr. Art. He loves order, cleanliness, and peace, and he is very protective of his belongings, so do not touch them if you are his guest. ​Above all, he is a wonderful and highly cultured man. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to sit and chat with him much because I was busy with the World Cup. I will not hesitate to stay with him again if I ever have the chance to visit Atlanta again.

The only improvement I would suggest is installing blackout curtains to reduce the early morning light entering the room.

Art is crazy, he had random people sleeping on couches during our stay and freaked out on me while I was alone picking up my luggage to leave a day early. Screaming at me that someone ate his cupcake out of the fridge. I've never seen anyone act that way. He was refusing to let me leave. He finally threw back part of my deposit at me and allowed me to leave. My partner and I were there for business and were only in the home to sleep. We were given specific instructions on looking doors then later yelled at when followed the directions exactly. This man shouldn't be allowed to have guests stay in his home.
