Тот кто сдавал квартиру вел себя по хамски, на минимальные уступки никто не шел. Первый раз заселился в квартиру в Одессе где был такой хамский владелец Юрий. Из плюсов наличие самой квартиры, из минусов скрученное в ноль отопление, при том что были морозы. Ни воды ни банального чая в квартире не было.
