En general todo perfecto! A nuestra llegada el propietario nos esperaba muy amablemente. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, limpias y por la noche mucha tranquilidad. la situación perfecta! Tienes todo a 5-10 minutos andando. El año que viene repetimos!!!!

No podemos decir nada que no nos gustara porque todo fue ideal.

It was warm. They are getting a new AC in May so it should be fixed by the time you get there. I chose the room with the restroom across the hall. Not ideal, but also it was fine. I think only 1 room is like that.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were beautiful and very clean and the whole atmosphere of the property was one of calmness. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating and we were able to check in early and leave our luggage too after check-out time. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bologna. Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful property!

I love the room’s design - very original and cool. I really liked the wall colours and the amazing chandelier. There was a small fridge in the room, which was very handy. We also appreciated the coffee machine, free water, and the little biscuits we received every morning. That was a really nice touch. Water, coffee pods, tea and buiscuits are added each morning. The location was amazing; everything was so close by. The nearby market - Mercato delle Erbe was brilliant both during the day and at night, with so many people having drinks and snacks. We also discovered some amazing restaurants around – everything was within a 5–10 minute walk from the guesthouse. Mo Mortadella Lab is only 5 min walk which is a must! Check-in was easy without actually seeing any staff. Initially, I was concerned about this as I had never experienced it before, but the communication was great, with very clear instructions, making the process quick and easy. On our last day, we left our suitcases for a couple of hours, and when we came back to collect them, we met the owner and a few cleaners who were very friendly and kind and even offered us a coffee. Thank you so much for the amazing stay in Bologna which we hope we will return very soon.

There were several bars around, and being in a vibrant and lively city like Bologna, noise was inevitable. We didn’t mind it, as we love urban cities, but some people might struggle with the noise, which went on all night, sometimes until 2–3 in the morning.
