Fully Furnished Villa Near Clark in Mabiga, Mabalacat City

Very comfortable place just like home. I like the backyard. A nice family retreat house we have so far.

The water in the shower at master's bedroom bathroom is not draining too quickly. They must check the drainage channel for any maintenance needed.

The property is well maintained and clean, and well airconditioned. It is also located in a gated community which is accessible to church and grocery. It is also very near NLEX

Excellent location, there is a hypermarket right beside. The property is inside a gated and guarded community and safety is always there. Perfect house, clean and spacious which can fit 10 people easily. Owner was super attentive and available at all times when we had minor issues with the water pressure. He immediately came over and sorted the issue within 30 mins. I would again return to this property with my friends during my next stay in Angeles.

I was unable to actually stay at this property at all, so I am still waiting to get credited. There was a miscommunication regarding the check in date. When we arrived on May 22, the place was not ready to be occupied. The reservation date was for May 23rd. Needless to say, we did not stay but my credit card was charged.

No follow through, no one have contacted me to apologized for the misunderstanding and most importantly I am still almost one month now, still waiting to get credit back on my credit card, because we did not use the facility at all. The place was not ready, the owner could not send someone to clean it on the day that we needed it.
