Staff supported me by arranging a car for airport pick. The driver was friendly and polite picked me from airport on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly ensured I have a comfortable stay. The property was meticulously clean. The owner took personal care to ensure I was comfortable.

Overall a good experience. - The place was centrally located making it easy to commute to all parts of the town. - There were autos available right outside the property which added to the convenience. - It is in a peaceful residential area and away from the noise of the main roads. - Deluxe Room was big enough for a family of three. - Hot water was available in the taps. - Host was accessible and the property manager was helpful right from the early check-in to the end of the stay.

This is not particular to the property itself but for coastal towns like Mangalore - the bedsheets and curtains have a musty smell due to the humidity. Would have been good if they were refreshed more frequently for the convenience of travellers with dust allergies.

The location is superb. The host was very cordial.

No hanger in bathroom. No handle to main door. Other than that old glass bottles kept inside. Which is not necessary.
