"Very good!"

There was no breakfast included. The local was superb, a very good place, clean and confortable. I really like to stay there.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable for me.

"Great location, great kitchen and studio, very comfortable bed and couch."

Pro: You could check yourself in. There was public parking in the area though you have to read the signs. We were able to make it work but had to look for a spot for a while. Still worth it to us but others may want to reserve a parking spot or go to a garage.
