Best hotel

Very good value for the price. The location of the property isn’t misleading like a lot of the “airport hotels” in Delhi on booking.com The other hotel list fake addresses which you can verify on google map reviews. That aside this hotel was excellent value. Really clean and 24hours room service. Bottled water isn’t complimentary but it’s cheap at 15rs per bottle. The breakfast buffet was included in our price and was probably the best part. It was nice to not have to deal with finding a breakfast place in the morning. Staff are very attentive and will be helpful if you ask.

Lack of shower and small bathroom

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. Upon check-in, the manager at the reception was noticeably unwelcoming and unprofessional in his interaction. Despite having booked a specific room type, I was initially given a completely different, lower-category room without any explanation. It was only after I raised the issue and asked a few pointed questions that they finally provided the room I had originally booked and paid for. When I asked why this discrepancy occurred in the first place, there was no clear answer or apology. In addition, the room service was disappointing. My lunch order took over an hour to arrive and was incomplete. I had to wait mid-meal for the rest of the items to be delivered, which was inconvenient and frustrating. To top it off, during checkout, the staff insisted I leave a positive review in front of them, which felt quite inappropriate given the overall experience.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good indian breakfast, quiet ... It's hard to find a good quality price hôtel in Felji that doesn't lie in his description or photos. This one is perfect and everything us true.

Very clean hotel with a kind staff, the breakfast is also very good (it's a Indian buffet). It's rare in New Delhi to find a trustable hotel like this because on so many others hotels there are a lot of fakes reviews and descriptions. I definitely recommend this one !
