Villa Amity

The Villa is fantastic. It has a very large living room with kitchen annex cooker, microwave, Tassimo coffee express. There is a round glass table big enough for 6 people to sit and eat together. There is also a TV which was convenient for kids to watch Netflix (we had our own login). There is a large table outside with lots of chairs and some sunbeds and also a corner with extra furniture with sunshade a on the synthetic grass. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of them has its own narrow bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). THere is another big bathroom (with large bath) accessible from the corridor. You can cut the access between stairs and bathroom from the bedrooms with a rolled barrier (kids safety).

Just some really minor obstacles we faced: the ceramic plate tend to overheat when we were making pancakes; the vacuum that was supplied had a really low suckin; there are several electrical appliances (hairdryers, night lamps) that have european plugs, that do not fit into local sockets. We were supplied with 3 adapters, but 1 of them was broken and we in general had to switch them all the time around the villa (even despite having 2 of our own). The villa is in an area of brand new other villas, and some of them are still being constructed, hence some extra noise was there in the morning, however that guaranteed almost no noise in the afternoons, evening, and throughout the whole weekend.

Beautiful villa! The area is new and seems like it had just been built. The villa was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. There were so many cooking utensils, pots and cutlery and everything on hand to use, all clean and tidy. The villa is 20 mins walking distance to a few local beaches and shops although a hire car would be good. Takos car and bike hire were the best prices for us. The host was very friendly, we didn't know how to turn on the hot water and he was on hand immediately and showed us how to easily turn it on. Everything seemed new and almost unused. Tips: Make sure you visit Zorbas 24/7 bakery omg! which is a 5 mins drive. Nissa beach is great for water sports and Hippocampus for shisha and food. Most definitely would stay here again, great villa and great location thank you

Not much we didnt like! Only thing is, it would be good to have some chairs on all the balconys and on the roof top :)
