Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All reservations are paid at the time of booking regardless of the cancellation conditions, in case of cancellation the corresponding refund will be made within 14 working days from the cancellation for receipt.
