Locatie is in leuke buurt (Havenkwartier), en is op 12-15 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Deventer. Bij vragen was er steeds erg snel een antwoord van de eigenaar. Erg prettig contact. Parkeren kan (gratis) voor de deur.

Doordat het bed aan één kant tegen de muur staat, is het wat lastig om in/uit bed te komen.
