The property was in a really good location, stylish looking and we had great communication from our host!

We really loved this apartment - it was a good size, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had pretty much everything you'd need for your stay, including air conditioning which was very welcome. The location is excellent, it's in a quiet area but it's just a short walk to the old town or to the promenade. There are a couple of small supermarkets close by which was handy. Communication with our host was excellent and he was waiting for us with the key and gave us useful information about the area and places to eat. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues is that there's a bit of an incline walking up to the apartment and there are 41 steps up to the second floor where the apartment is situated.

It would have been useful to have had more than one towel hook or maybe a towel rail in the bathroom. A minor detail in an otherwise perfect apartment.

Great location. Well thought out. Comfortable place to stay. Easygoing and helpful host. Relaxing stay.

Small but perfectly formed.

Location is perfect! Short 5 minute walk to the center and far away from the noise. The room is spacious and clean. Frane was a great help as well in answering all our questions and helping us arrange drivers.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the hot water is limited. Don’t let that stop you from booking though!

Struttura tenuta benissimo. Posizione straordinaria, a pochi passi dal centro, ma in una strada molto tranquilla. Parcheggio pubblico a pochi metri.

We had such a wonderful stay at Fran’s Airbnb in Split! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the Old Town and all the amazing restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious with modern décor, making it really comfortable to come back to after exploring. Fran was an incredible host, super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want the perfect base to enjoy Split!

The only small downside was that the room didn’t have much natural light, but it wasn’t a big issue overall.

Apartman is spotless clean! Very quiet surrounding, perfect for the good night sleep. Very close to everything you need in town. Our host Frane helped us with everything we needed and we are very thankfull. Will come back for sure 😁
