The staff in the restaurant and reception were absolutely lovely, warm, friendly. The food was excellent. We had half board and cannot fault the quality and range of food, a talented chef.

I was shocked at being charged 5 euro for half a litre of tap water at the evening meal which was already paid in advance. When I asked the manager at reception, he erupted into a massive argument immediately, he was obnoxious and insulting. He told me it was written all over the menu (we were never shown a drinks menu, nor was the price brought to our attention until the receipt was brought to the table for signing) He told me all of Austria charges this for services and filtration costs (they do not). He then continued to tell me I clearly could afford to stay in his hotel if I was worried about this charge. I have never been spoken to like this anywhere. My husband and I own a hotel and restaurant and this behaviour towards a guest would be unacceptable. I suggest some retraining or a doctors appointment because his temper is not suitable for guests. All other staff were wonderful and I pity them.

Un hotel drăguț situat în centrul stațiunii cu personal foarte amabil, am avut demipensiune și am servit masa la hotelul de lângă, am avut acces la sauna si piscina. Mancarea foarte bună, mai multe variante de meniu la cina, servirea ireproșabila. Recomand

Nu mi-a plăcut lenjeria de pat, era scamosata, ma asteptam ca la un hotel de 3 stele sa găsim pe pat o lenjerie de un alb imaculat și ușor apretata, nu a fost deloc asa. Prosoapele de la baie erau foarte subțiri, ar trebui schimbate inclusiv cele de la sauna/piscina, sunt de o calitate foarte slaba.
